Booking is subject to membership subscription. Subscription is required prior to all bookings.

Cancellation of membership can be made at any time. 24hrs cancellation notice required.

Offers must be used within the timeframe of membership rollover. Unused offers will not be carried over.   Any payments are un-refundable.

If a mid-month cancellation occurs, the offer is valid only up until the new rollover period would have began. Cancellation can be made at anytime. Appointments are available during salon hours. Bookings can be made 24hrs via our website 'Booking Button.' Allow up to 24hrs for booking confirmation.
